Seeking a more casual but memorable meal I was directed to Osteria a Priori. This cozy spot is a local favourite, renowned for its 'torta di ceci' and an extensive selection of Umbrian wines. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the charming streets of Perugia.
