At Questor Insurance we aim to work long term with an insurance partner who is regulated in the UK and is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service. We started working with our existing insurance partner, Fortegra Europe Insurance Company in Februray 2021 and we have an agreement that will be due for renewal in February 2027.
We regularly review our policy wordings and complaints received to ensure that our insurance products meet the needs of our customers and stay aligned with changes in the vehicle rental market.
We do not outsource any element of the service that you receive from us. Customer service, claim handling, web development and compliance are all provided by staff employed by us and based in the UK.
